UGH I WANT TO VISIT THIS SO BAD.
No Bargle Fargle for me today, kids. I get 7 Fridays off this summer and today was my first one. I spent it in the best way possible: finally going to The Cinnamon Snail food truck in Hoboken, NJ. This place exceeded my expectations. I’m in love.

Today’s lunch: Red Curry Grilled Tofu Bahn Mi sandwich made with arugula, pickled radish and sriracha mayonnaise on a chili butter grilled baguette.

This. Was. So. Good. It was probably the most delicious thing I have ever had ever. Everything was just so flavorful and all the different tastes and textures complemented each other perfectly.

Today’s dessert: raw raspberry bar.

Peanut chocolate chip cookie for a friend.
Aguacate Tostado taco from The Taco Truck store in Hoboken, NJ. Soft tortilla with fried avocado, black beans, sesame seeds, pickled onions and tortillas fritas with chipotle salsa.
California Wrap from Energy Kitchen in Hoboken, NJ. Hummus, guacamole, red peppers and cucumbers on a whole wheat wrap.
Left: Mesculin salad with beets and broccoli in raspberry vinaigrette from Rejuiceanation.
Right: The same thing but with baby spinach.
